What schools ask us.
What does a school licence include?
Unlimited teacher access to your licensed subjects — interactive lessons, printable worksheets with full mark schemes, editable slide decks and revision organisers — for every teacher at your school, for the licence term.
Is the content aligned to the current IB guides?
Yes — every subject is built subtopic-by-subtopic against the current guide, with HL content flagged and the assessment objectives (AO1–AO4) threaded through lessons, worksheets and mark schemes.
How do teachers get access?
They sign in at app.edtrove.com with Google or an email link. Access is matched automatically to your school by staff roster or email domain — nothing to install, no per-seat management.
Can we try it before licensing?
Yes — one complete lesson in every subject is free, including its worksheet and mark scheme. Sign in with any email and explore.
What formats do the materials come in?
Lessons run interactively in the browser (with a Present mode) and export as PDFs; worksheets and mark schemes are print-ready PDFs; slide decks are editable PPTX. Downloads are watermarked to your school, and resources can be pushed straight to Google Classroom.
Will it fit our scheme of work, or is it fixed?
It’s a complete, ready-to-teach starting point — not a straitjacket. Take any lesson, worksheet or slide deck and adapt it to your sequence, your context and your class. You skip the blank-page hours and keep full professional judgement over what happens in the room.
Is our data safe — what about students?
IB Source is a teacher resource. Teachers sign in with Google or an email link; students don’t need accounts, and we don’t collect student data. Downloads are watermarked to your school so your materials stay yours.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes — for North American schools. Tell us what you need and we’ll send a proforma invoice you can raise a purchase order against, and pay on invoice. For schools in other regions, get in touch and we’ll arrange a payment method that works for you.
What if we don’t renew — do we lose everything?
No lock-in. Licences are annual, and any resource your teachers have already downloaded is theirs to keep. You’re licensing ongoing access and updates — not renting files that disappear.
Bring every IB DP course to your school.
Each hub gives you the entire syllabus — lesson plans, student worksheets and mark schemes for every subtopic, aligned to the current guide and the assessment objectives. Available per subject, or bundled into a whole-school licence.
